We are excited to see you at Mass soon. Please note that while we are returning to Mass, there will be some noticeable differences from what we are used to. We have set up several procedures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We understand that these changes can be surprising and stressful as we learn them but we ask that you please be patient and follow the directions of staff members.
A few things to note:
- Masks are required to be worn for the entire time that you are on church property.
- Everyone is responsible for bringing their own masks and hand sanitizer.
- Everyone must enter and exit through the glass doors by the circle.
- Please arrive very early for Mass as it will take time to seat everyone.
- When you enter, staff will direct you to a pew. Some pews are blocked off with blue tape, they are not to be used.
- There will be no collection. Instead you can use drop boxes that have been set up or you can ask a staff member about automatic or electronic giving.
- We will have music but we ask that the congregation only sings the Gloria.
- During the Sign of Peace we ask that only a kind gesture be exchanged.
- We are not permitted to have shared resources such as the hymnals and missalettes. You are free to bring your own missal or other resources. Some of the responses will be displayed on screen for your convenience.
- We respectfully ask that if you choose to recieve Holy Communion that you do so in the hand instead of the mouth.
Please note that Bishop Matano is still keeping the suspension on our Sunday Obligation. Also, if you do not yet feel comfortable about returning to the church, our priests will continue to live stream Mass.
