Parish Pastoral Council

The Church of the Holy Spirit and St. Joseph's have shared a pastor, a parochial vicar and finance director since 2014. We remain two distinct legal entities, two worship sites, and two spiritual homes but we are one Catholic community. We have blended ministries where we can collaborate for the benefit of both communities. We focus our collaboration on Faith Formation K-5, Youth Ministry, Social Outreach, Adult Formation, Worship, social activities and administrative functions. 

Combining our two Pastoral Parish Councils was the first initiative undertaken by the Collaboration Team in 2019. Meet our Joint Parish Council members!

There is a Collaboration Team that meets regularly and includes our Council chairs Ned Sayegh and Pat Schichler, pastor/co-administrator Fr. Jim Schwartz, parochial vicar Fr. Mike Merritt, pastoral associate/co-administrator, Cathy Kamp, Deacon Roger DeBell, Deacon Ray Garbach, Lisa Milano, and Jeanne Mooney.
