Private Prayer
Our Blessed Sacrament Chapel is open 24-hours for private prayer. There are some prayer materials in the drawers of the cabinet. We also provide a book for you to share your concerns and prayers with others as we keep one another in prayer.
Group Rosary
A group rosary is recited in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel every day immediately following the 8:00 am Masses.
Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction
Eucharistic Adoration, Evening Prayer, and Benediction occur every Tuesday in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Evening Prayer and Benediction begin at 9:45 pm.
All are welcome at anytime during these five hours. It's not necessary to stay for the full block of time, or even for a minimum of 1 hour. Just come by when you can, and stay for a few minutes or more based on your own schedule.
The sacrament of the Eucharist was entrusted to us by Christ as spiritual nourishment. In the celebration of the Mass, Christ is present in the assembly of the faithful, in the Word of God, in the person of the minister, in the sacraments, and in the Eucharistic elements under the appearance of bread and wine. Our primary form of Eucharistic worship is full, conscious, and active participation in Mass, the sacrament of the Eucharist.
The solemn exposition and adoration of the Holy Eucharist offers another opportunity for our prayerful reflection on God's call to a deeper devotion to the Holy Eucharist and a more faithful living of the Christian life. Abiding with Christ, we enjoy this intimate friendship with Jesus, and pour out our hearts before Christ for ourselves, those dear to us, those throughout our community, and for the peace and salvation of all in the world.
