St. Joseph's Triduum Choir
One of the cherished traditions of St. Joseph’s is the Triduum Choir, a group of singers who come together for about two months to prepare the music for Holy Week, during which the church holds its most important and solemn celebrations. We have a chance as the music ministers of St. Joseph’s to come together with one voice, to enhance these liturgies with some of our most beautiful repertoire, and to grow through our meditation on the mysteries of Christ’s Passion. While the Triduum Choir is partially made up of current members of choirs, ensembles, and cantors, anyone who loves to sing is welcome to take part in this experience. To those of you who have participated in the past, I would express my thanks and my sincere desire to see you again this year. To those of you who have not (yet!), I would encourage you to consider committing to something that I think will be very rewarding and meaningful.
We rehearse two Sunday afternoons during Lent, from 1:00 - 3:00, with an additional rehearsal on the Saturday before Palm Sunday, 10:00 am to noon.
If you have questions about the choir, please feel free to contact
